As a core part of the App’s functionality, we collect:

  • Inspection Reports: Observations, project details, and contract information.
  • Media Files: Photos, images, and audio recordings you upload as part of inspection reports.
  • Transcriptions: Text transcriptions of your audio notes.

C. Device and Usage Data

  • Device Permissions: The App requires access to your Camera (for taking photos), Filesystem (for saving/uploading reports), and Microphone (for audio notes).
  • Network Information: We collect data about your connection status to manage offline-first synchronization.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the App’s functionality.
  • Facilitate inspection workflows and safety management.
  • Synchronize data between your mobile device and our servers.
  • Process audio transcriptions (using third-party services like Groq).

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Local Storage: Data is stored locally on your device (using encrypted storage where available) for offline access.
  • Cloud Storage: Data is synchronized to our secure servers and S3-compatible object storage (S3/MinIO/R2).
  • Data Isolation: All data is strictly isolated by client_id to ensure tenant privacy.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for:

  • Transcription Services: Audio files may be processed by Groq for transcription purposes.
  • Storage: S3-compatible providers.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage your account data through the App or by contacting your system administrator.

6. Children’s Privacy

Projecteria is a professional tool and is not intended for use by children under the age of 18.
